Technical Help
Technical help will be at hand from our experienced and trained counter teams. Our staff are chosen with the client's every increasing demand for service and quality in mind. Training on our suppliers' new directives and products is a continual and ongoing process. We have a 'Colour Eye' service to enable you to choose paint that matches any solid coloured item in the room, or any piece of fabric. Doves exclusively service Reigate's House of Building on Church Street with all their paint and wallpaper supplies for their building and restoration work. Paint and Wallpaper Consultancy
In keeping with our emphasis on customer relations and to extend our services from technical and product advice, our Reigate branch has joined together with Jane Bates Interior Design www.janebates.co.uk and now boasts a new Paint and Wallpaper Consultancy to help our private clients with their interior colour choices.
Jane has over 15 years of experience as an Interior Designer specialising in residential projects in London, Surrey and the South East. For a one-off fee which equates to the price of a wrongly chosen tin of paint, Jane is available to meet you in the shop by appointment to discuss your project, help you to explore new colours and ideas or simply choose the right shade.
Jane makes the design process very enjoyable and achievable and her ultimate aim is to create spaces that reflect the client's individual style, interests and personality. Her designs look and feel as if they have developed naturally over time, created with a personal attention to detail.
